Gen 8:12 Then he waited yet another seven days, and sent out the dove; but she did not return to him again.
So if only 2 doves came aboard the ark, are we to assume that the other dove reunited with the one that did not return? That would be obvious since they are not extinct.
Or can we see more in the dove? Why do you think that God chose the shape of a dove to descend upon His Son upon his anointing?
Just for conversation.

Genesis 7:2 Take with you seven [a] of every kind of clean animal, a male and its mate, and two of every kind of unclean animal, a male and its mate, 3 and also seven of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive throughout the earth.Even if there had been only two doves I'm sure God would have bought them back together after the other one was released.

Well smack my head! I'm usually pretty good at backing myself up with scripture, but I was just working off the popular Ark story!!
Thanks for showing my HUGE error .

Psalm 140:3They sharpen their tongues as a serpent; Poison of a viper is under their lips.
Please stop swearing. It's still swearing even if you didn't put the “n” in.

Actually, I find it really disgusting when people use that word
following the word God. That is using God's name in vane in my opinion.
But I doubt that the word itself is swearing.
After all over a dozen times in scriptures someone was damned or received damnation from no less than God himself.
The only way that could happen is if God decided to damn them.So I don't get too upset with someone using the word by itself, however I do not choose to do so myself.
