rather than merely calling an Angel 'a god' as you seem to be suggesting.God bless
Ed J
you said: thought he saw “GOD”,give me translation that says that HE THOUGHT HE SAW GOD
ill wait boy.
Hi Jammin,Judges 13:22 And Manoah said unto his wife,
We shall surely die, because we have seen God.God bless
Ed J (Joshua 22:34)

yes,he saw GOD
good boy
nick,
it was you
JThis is ridicule,no one can say he saw God, no one ever saw God so how could he know that it was God???
Assuming is not a true statement ,you have no argument to prove what you say ,scriptures does support your view,
You just LIKE to believe it ,so do it ,but don,t think that others are as blind as you are on this.
Judges 13:22 And Manoah said unto his wife,
We shall surely die, because we have seen God.believe it or not T
the bible says that they saw GOD
now, your problem is who is that GOD
that is the son
and not the father boybec Christ said in john that no one has ever seen GOD!
jos 5.14
Geneva Study BibleAnd he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and {g} did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant?
(g) In that Joshua worships him, he acknowledges him to be God: and in that he calls himself the Lord's captain he declares himself to be Christ.

did the verse say HE THOUGHT HE SAW GOD??
or HE SAW GOD???
ill wait for your answer boy
Jammin, you obviously
need a lesson in English:Stan says: 'I saw a ghost'
Ed J says: “Stan thought he saw a ghost”
Ed J's English is correct.
June 20, 2012 at 7:35 am#303317Ed JParticipantHi Jammin, here are some additional facts you may be overlooking or are discounting!
God said: “There shall no man see me, and live.” (Ex0dus 33:20-21)
Manoah said: “We shall surely die, because we have seen God.” (Judges 13:22)
God bless
Ed J (Joshua 22:34)
http://www.holycitybiblecode.orgJune 20, 2012 at 7:52 am#303318jamminParticipantthat is true ed boy
but read the whole verse boy LOL
do not just cut and paste!
read it boy!let me post the verse
Judges 13:22-25New International Reader's Version (NIRV)
22 “We're going to die!” he said to his wife. “We've seen God!”
23 But his wife answered, “The Lord doesn't want to kill us. If he did, he wouldn't have accepted a burnt offering and a grain offering from us. He wouldn't have shown us all of those things. He wouldn't have told us we're going to have a son.”
GOD did not kill them bec he wants them to live!
it depends on the will of GOD boy!June 20, 2012 at 8:12 am#303320Ed JParticipantHi Jammin, the answer to your dilemma is found within the context:
“Then Manoah knew that he was an angel of the LORD.” (Judges 13:21)
Here are additional facts:
you at best may be overlooking
or at worse are certainly discounting!“That by two immutable things, in which
it was impossible for God to lie,
we might have a strong consolation” (Heb 6:18) …he was an angelYour brother
in Christ, Jesus.

Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible
And Manoah said unto his wife,…. Being risen from the ground, where they fell on their faces:
we shall surely die, because we have seen God; by which it appears that he not only believed him to be an angel, and not a man, but a divine Person;
Judges 13:18-28
Common English Bible (CEB)
18 The Lord’s messenger responded to him, “Why do you ask my name? You couldn’t understand it.”
19 So Manoah took a young goat and a grain offering and offered them on a rock to the Lord. While Manoah and his wife were looking, an amazing thing happened: 20 as the flame from the altar went up toward the sky, the Lord’s messenger went up in the altar’s flame. When Manoah and his wife saw this, they fell facedown on the ground. 21 The Lord’s messenger didn’t reappear to Manoah or his wife, and Manoah then realized that it had been the Lord’s messenger. 22 Manoah said to his wife, “We are certainly going to die, because we’ve seen God!”
23 But his wife replied to him, “If the Lord wanted to kill us, he wouldn’t have accepted the entirely burned offering and grain offering from our hands. He wouldn’t have shown us all these things or told us all of this now.”
24 The woman gave birth to a son and named him Samson. The boy grew up, and the Lord blessed him. 25 The Lord’s spirit began to move him when he was in Mahaneh-dan, between Zorah and Eshtaol.
now,
if you know how to read then you will understand the whole context.
manoah saw the angel (messenger) of the LORD. manoah knows that this ANGEL OF THE LORD IS GOD HIMSELF!that is why manoah said in verse 22
22 Manoah said to his wife, “We are certainly going to die, because we’ve seen God!”

I YHVH, I change not, therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Hi Jamminm, these “3” VERSES taken together suggest my interpretation is correct. (Rev.3:18)1. God said: “There shall no man see me, and live.” (Exodus 33:20-21)
2. “I YHVH, I change not, therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.” (Mal.3:6)
3. “That by two immutable things, in which
it was impossible for God to lie,
we might have a strong consolation” (Heb 6:18) …Manoah saw an angel, Jammin !“At the mouth of three witnesses,
shall the matter be established.” (Deut 19:15)God bless

1. (Jammin suggests) He does change.
2. (Jammin suggests) He doesn't mean what he says.
3. “There shall no man see me, and live.” (Jammin suggests is false)The prosecution also rests.
