now, do you believe that the God of the OT has seen by men? yes or no?

Moses was allowed to see His back as His glory passed by.  But God told Moses that no man could see His face and live.

you do not know greek mike. i think you should study greek first.

HiMB,                                                                                                                                                             Do you think the invisible God is small enough to be seen walking on earth? Perhaps He was in heaven and one of his angelic vessels was seen?

    Hi Jammin:

Is Mary the mother of “God the Son”?

the son is GOD.. yes! mary is the mother of the LORD> Christ is Lord and God!

thomas said that in john 20.28
    my Lord and my God

    Hi Jammin,

Remember at the mount of transfiguration Jesus
was assured of his resurrection by Moses and Elijah.
Thomas said: unless I see and touch I will not believe.

    Afterward Thomas believed: and said
unto him, My Lord and my God.  (John 20:28)
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself” (2 Cor 5:19)
2 Cor 5:19 spells out clearly why Thomas said what he said; there is no hidden messages in his words, Jammin.

Jesus said to Philip: (John 14:11) Believe me that I in the Father,
and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works sake.

Thomas believed for the very works sake!

    God bless
    Ed J

what did thomas say to jesus?

is Jesus God and Lord  or not?

    yes or no

    the question is categorical

Hi Jammin, yes and my post explains exactly why Thomas said that:
he finally believed the works of God!

“The Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” (John 14:10)

Jesus said to Philip: (John 14:11) Believe me that I in the Father,
and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works sake.

Thomas believed for the very works sake!

“If the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ
from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (Rom.8:11)

    Hi Jammin, Question #2:

First you claim my question is not specific enough,                  (First post on page)
and now you're claiming you answered;                                 (last post you made)
    but NEITHER are really true!

    (Jammin) GOD: means supreme being
(Ed J,) GOD: the creator of the universe.
For reference, Here is the definitions of “GOD”.

You answered a different question, one that I didn't ask?
I didn't ask…   'do you believed the son is GOD by nature.'

    What I instead asked is:
are you suggesting that Mary is(?) the mother of God?

    Hi Jammin,

    By your response, your answer is both yes and no;

    Hi Nick,

Some commentators believe that Moses seeing God's “back” means that Moses was allowed to see His “afterglow”.

This is what God told Moses:
    Exodus 33
18 Then Moses said, “Now show me your glory.”

19 And the LORD said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you…………….

20 But,” he said, “you cannot see my face, for no one may see me and live.”

21 Then the LORD said, “There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock. 22 When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and cover you with my hand until I have passed by. 23 Then I will remove my hand and you will see my back; but my face must not be seen.”

I don't have a SOLID understanding of what Moses actually was allowed to see, and so won't argue against your opinion.

The Greek doesn't say “COME AGAIN”, jammin.  It says, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.

Take note of the title “Lord God” that John gives this One he is speaking about.  Can you find the title “Lord God” anywhere in Revelation that refers to Jesus?

Also, take note of the title “Almighty”.  Do you know what that word means?  It means the MIGHTIEST OF ALL – as in, NONE MIGHTIER.

But Jesus has one who IS mightier than he is.  He calls that one “my God”.  Does the ALMIGHTY have a God of His own, jammin?

Man, you just need to think some of these things out, dude.  You have been told lies and have believed them to the core of your very heart and soul, brother.  But it's not too late to open your eyes, recognize you've been mislead, and get back on the right path.
