The passage states explicitly that “God made two lamps and the stars on the forth Night and Day”.  That clearly means that in some manner God made a large lamp and a smaller lamp on the fourth Night and Day.

Unlike darkness, light needs laws to exist.  When Scripture states God created light on the first Night and Day we also know he created the laws that allows it to exist. On “earth” there is no source of light until the fourth Night and Day; even though he created it on the first Night and Day.  So on “earth” God's plan for light was not put into action until the sources came to be, which is day 4.

Another case of this is that God created plants on the third Night and Day and yet Scripture also states ” And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground” after it declares God rested on the seventh Night and Day.

So looking at the evidence it seems clear that God is going by his Nights and Days and not those of the earth. As for your other questions, I cannot see their relevance to this discussion as of yet.

was it the creation on the surface of the earth or was it the planet we talking about because it also says the HEAVENS (not the heaven )see (s)

so this refers to the total universe ,and all things were in dark space ,so God created the spectrum of light it self ,what also included colors of that spectrum,

now if we read more ;Ge 1:2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
