Hi,
As to saying that “eternally begotten” started with God then all that He called unto Him and those that have fought the fight , run the race , finished the course, endured until this life will end. Then we shall see heaven for all eternally. Even Gog and Magog cannot destroy us. For if God be for you who could be against you? All people have an eternal life. It 's where are you going to spend it ; in heaven on the new earth and heaven or in the lake of fire forever and ever.
“eternally begotten” is to be with God.

happymanYou are confused on a number of points.
We are not eternal, eternal life is a gift of God, Rom. 6:23.
No one will go to heaven; God's kingdom will be here on earth, Rev. 5:10.
The lake of fire is the second death, Rev. 2:11, fire destroys, it does not preserve.
God is a just God, not a torturer.Georg

Greetings Happyman……I wish I could proclaim that I am indeed happy…but I will settle for being content, having said that please allow me to interject my opinion…The term begotten garners much opinion….To be eternally begotten is nothing more than the restatement of a promise by the Eternal God…That it is his will that we all partake of Salvation…January 22, 2011 at 12:54 pm#234207BakerParticipantQuote (Lightenup @ Oct. 05 2010,12:10) Hi all,
The term 'eternally begotten' is in the modern language of some of the creeds of the church, but what does it really mean? What is the intent of the phrase? How about we do some research on how it is defined by dictionaries, encyclopedias, church father's writings, and any Bible verses that might shed some light on it and possibly support it.
Just post your definitions, explanations, etc. and provide your sources. Let's look at this for about a month or so and then we will do a poll as to what you think it actually means.
Thanks for your help…let's learn something!

What scripture are you referring to?Georg
