And so, God my Father has revealed to humanity through the Apostle Peter that Jesus is THE CHRIST, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD and so that settles it, unless you want to argue with God about what He has said.

    Love in Christ,
    Marty

    Matthew 22:29-31 (King James Version)

29Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

30For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

What do you think that means? Do you think that means the angels have children too?

And the answer to this question is, No.

So you now say that Jesus is God? The Word was God, right?

This is what the scripture states:

    Luke 1:26-37 (King James Version)

26And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.

28And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.

30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

31And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

33And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

34Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

35And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

36And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.

37For with God nothing shall be impossible.

The Word was a part of YHVH ,

just as the light we see on earth is from the Sun itself,

Without the Sun itself in the sky there is no light for us is there?

So (The Word) existed with God (YHVH) and then came into the world as a flesh being (named Jesus) but the world knew him not and killed him, but for all those who believe in him there is oneness with the father and the son just as the sunshine brings warmth and light onto those below who are like one with that warmth and light because they recieve it.

    My understanding.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
    John 1:1-3

It doesn't say that the word was part of God it says was God.

So according to you Jesus was God.

You read that verse as in the beginning was Jesus and Jesus was with God and Jesus was God.

Now let me share a little more with you:

    John 1:6-7 (King James Version)

6There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

Do you accept John as someone given the power to remit sins before Jesus?

Jesus is “unique”. He is the “Only Begotten Son of God”. He was conceived of the Holy Ghost in the womb of the virgin Mary.

I am a son of God by the spirit of adoption. God is the Father of my spirit.

2The same was in the beginning with God.

3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

    Is God a Male?

    The answer is, No.

Then how can HE sire a Child and why would HE when HE has the power to CREATE.

    IS GOD a FEMALE?

This is what the scripture states:

    Quote

37For with God nothing shall be impossible.

shall be called the Son of God.

Does shall be called mean the same as “Is”?

John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life”.

Yes, shall be called is the same as “Is”.

Then you agree that the saying “Ye, are gods” makes you God then?

Jesus said “they were called” gods. You said

Jesus did not say that he was God.  He said that he was the Son of God.

Yes, he was/is called the son of God

When Ephesians 4 speaks of God being the Father of all it relates to all who have been born again. Obviously, it cannot mean that God is the Father of all if Jesus is saying to the Pharisees that they are of the Father the Devil.

2The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you

13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

    John 3

1There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

    Quote
Romans 8:8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

    Love in Christ,
    Marty
