    That's the thing: they never tell you. The NT is especially good at not telling you what the rules are.

    It is the political bluff of the totalitarian regime: by the public execution of a few peasants you soon learn what 'ungodly' means in this particular decade. The power would be lost if they actually said what is allowed.
