THE CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS VS THE NEW YEARS CELEBRATIONS.
Why is the celebration of the birth of the mesiah, the saviour of the world, always very mild, just eating and drinking, and candles.
Compared to the coming of the new year; Celebrated with great fireworks and great joy,and partying. Is not the birth of the mesiah greater than the birth of the new year?
I tell you why: hyppocracy, thats what it is.This is the spirit of this world.wakeup.

The birth of Jesus means nothing to the world. Just presents, and big feasts, and a lot of drinking. Talk to somebody about Christ on xmas day, and they will say, come on don't spoil it.Christians should have nothing to do with xmas. They are not celebrating God's Son, or they would be following him. They are celebrating the God of this World. That's who. It's roots are wicked, and the devil loves xmas.

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people; 11 for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.I believe we should take the opportunity that the Christmas season supplies to both celebrate this announcement on a yearly bases and to remind others of the reason for the season (yes I know He most likely was not born in Dec. but to argue that with a non-believer is counter-productive to the real goal)
My opinion – Wm

Seekingtruth. My question is; Why is the birth of the mesiah the king, not celebrated, greater, than the new year celebration?
Why is the new year celebration done in a greater fashion.
what is more important; The birth of the son of God or the birth of the new year?wakeup.

Why should we celebrate historical things as the world does? Now the Lord is the Spirit.
Now we can walk in the light. If today you hear his voice harden not your heart
