People who believe in the flat earth choose to believe their Bible (God’s word), over man’s word. So that shows faith. I am neutral, I do not even think about if the world is flat or a globe, but I have good friends that believe it is flat. They just choose to believe their Bible.

What is the no1 verse in the bible that teaches a flat earth? I’m waiting.

Gene, I agree about the system.

I agree the mark involves the right hand, actions, and forehead, thoughts. But there is also a literal mark which involves buying and selling, and the ability to take part in that system.

Proclaimer, I do not know. I am not personally a flat earther, I am neutral (have not looked into it).

Then why say the bible teaches it if you don’t know. This means your are misrepresenting the bible. I’ve asked flat earthers to give me the no1 verse and they either do not reply or they quote a verse that doesn’t say that the earth is flat.

Noah was a “conspiracy theorist”, until it rained.

A conspiracy theorist is not a person who believes in a conspiracy. It’s a person who believes in many of them. They subscribe to many outlandish theories.

Simarly, a fisherman is not aperson who catches fish. It’s someone who regularly does so. Not all who have caught fish are fishermen.

    Further, I wouldn’t consider God’s judment as a conspiracy.

    Proclaimer.

Labeling all people who refuse to take the vaccine as conspiracy theorists is what is happening wirldwide, even if they have never believed a conspiracy theory in their life.

I have seen the verses they use, and I can see why they believe it. Can’t remember the verses myself.

I believe it is wrong to do that.

And a lot of people who are not taking the vaccine are not even antivaxxers.

Further, if you have caught Covid and have no ongoing side effects, then you are more protected than the vaccinated.

But it is a risk because you never know how you will react to the virus. Sure you can make the same argument for the vaccine, but the latter has less issues than the virus itself.

If you cannot remember the flat earth verses then you misrepresented the Bible. There are no verses that teach a flat earth. Yes it talks about 4 corners, but that has to do with the 4 points on the compass or north south east west.

    Isaiah 40:22 ESV
    It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in;

Proclaimer. I am “misinterpreting the Bible”, because I made a very, very brief statement on why I think flat earthers believe as they do? I am not here to discuss the flat, or round earth!

    That is good.

    Thank you!

    Thank you again.

But it is a risk because you never know how you will react to the virus.

It is a risk, yes. But one that many of us are prepared to take. I will not lie and say that covid does not scare me. But as I see covid as God’s punishment on the earth, I refuse to fight his punishment, because I fear God.

Sure you can make the same argument for the vaccine, but the latter has less issues than the virus itself.

Less issues SO FAR. Do you really know what might happen eight weeks from now. Eight months from now? Experimental, whole world almost vaccinated. Ticking time bomb? Who knows Proclaimer.

Covid – we know quite a lot about it now. If only we could have access to certain things that work, such as Ivermectin, aye?

I am on a few FB groups, NZ based. One thing i have noticed in the un-vaccinated: People who had lost their paths spiritually are, because of what they are going through asking others if they are suddenly thinking about God, and desiring to seek his care, and it is remarkable how many are.

    Hi Miia.

There will always be hesitancy with man made vaccines. But their track record has been very good overall. They have eliminated so much suffering.

But you also need to bear in mind that the virus itself is likely man made or tampered with. The reason it is so contageous by design.

So take your pick which one you want first. Both will offer an amount of immunity if you survive which you most likely will.

I’m more concerned about the long term effects of the virus myself whereas you are more concerned with the vaccine.

I respect each person’s decision because I can see their reasons.

Same goes for the virus too.

For those who have not had the vax, get ready. You will lose your job if you haven’t already and they plan to take your social security payments, etc.

Proclaimer, fair enough, thanks. Yes one of the most important commands is to love our neighbor. I don’t judge those who chose to take it. I try to warn in my own way, but some of the closest people to me have had it and I love them still the same.

Adam: Don’t be afraid of a small needle my friend.

The way you word these continual “Mike is afraid” statements reminds me of a juvenile delinquent in school trying to get someone else to try smoking or doing drugs or shoplifting.  “Come on dude, don’t be a sissy.  Do you want all the girls to think you’re a scaredy cat?”

We’re not in school, Adam.  I’m not an awkward teenager trying to fit in with the cool kids.  (Besides, for peer pressure to work, you’d have to be one of the cool kids.) 🤣😂

That being said, please do explain to us WHY we shouldn’t be “afraid of a small needle” in this particular case?  Surely we’d all be “afraid of a small needle” trying to inject us with heroin, or chlorine bleach, right?  So tell us all why we shouldn’t be afraid of this particular small needle.  I’ll start you off…

Mike, I promise that this injection will not hurt you in any way, and will certainly help you.  I know these things for a fact because…   (Okay, you finish the rest.)

Adam: Yes our Gov’t has not banished Ivermectin in India.

Here’s the question I actually asked you, Gene, and Proclaimer…

Can you give us a valid and rational reason that governments would prohibit Ivermectin from people who want to use it?

It is fact that many governments completely forbid it, and many others make it impossible to get it if you’re going to use it for Covid treatment.  I await a valid and rational reason for these government policies from you, Gene, and Proclaimer.  Here, I’ll start you guys off again…

Well Mike, it’s completely valid and rational that many governments try to keep Ivermectin from being used for treatment and prevention of Covid 19 because…  (You finish the rest.)
