This is one of my favorites! When I traveled in a trio back in the 80's – we had a remix of this song and blended it with a more current worship song. It brought chills to my entire body whenever we would sing it! The Spirit just moved so mighty when this song was presented. Oh, I loved those years of ministry! I really miss them. We sang in nearly every Assembly of God church in Wa State and in Idaho. I cherish those memories.Mandy Yes it is a really nice song, one of my friends that died taught me that Song. You are bringing tears to my eyes, because I too miss the fellowship and the Singing. I was in the Choir and singing always puts one so close to God. During the Feast of Tabernacle we had a 75 People Choir. I too miss those days. Just looking forward to the day we can do it again, maybe in a Heavenly Choir, if it is God's Will. Singing is one Talent that God gave me and I did us it as often as I could. Even in the Catholic Church. I sang Ave Maria which was my favorite Song as a Solo. That is sooooo long ago. It was played on my Grandson's Wedding, just remembering brings tears to my eyes. Is it wrong to look back, I wonder some times, and feel guilty about that. Who knows why we have to go through what we do, we have to put our trust in God. One of my friends that also died used to say,” I am to honorary to die.” She was my best friend and I miss her a lot. So maybe I have to learn to be more patient and don't get offended so quickly, Jesus was not, I know I have to learn that yet.

I don't think it is wrong to “look back.” After all, God gave us our memory. I have many great memories in the church. Those were some of the best days of my young-adult life! Great memories! I'm not so sure that I may not return to church someday. You never know what God has planned. I am trying to remain open to the Spirit's teaching. Oh, how I want a teachable heart. There is so much to learn about the written and living Word. I want to know it all.
But anyway, Sister, enjoy your memories…….don't let Satan rob you of that joy.
