First, all we need do is IDENTIFY the 2nd beast of Rev ch 13, & once we do that, we will also find the identity of this 10 horned beast and the time period THEY BOTH operate TOGETHER in.
So lets reveal this two horned beast..

I then showed the ten toes are AFTER the iron kingdom of Rome.
I then pointed out this can only mean that that kingdom is DIVIDED into DOMINIONS which are individual nations.

According to John who was living in the Roman Empire said that the 10 kings have received NO KINGDOM AS YET, during JOHNS TIME, when he wrote it.
Rev 13:4 ….Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
Sounds like a pretty powerful kingdom to me, like no other kingdom before it.
So how can what you say add up? How can it be Rome?
