Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Not only since His baptism. He was the Word made flesh.
The Holy Word transformed into flesh.
The HS is always IN the Word.The Spirit of truth is always in the Word. The comforter is IN the Word. The Word does
give us comfort.
