Random thoughts….
The Body of Christ does not exist in between the boundaries of any one Religions' rules, organization, or membership roll. The body of Christ consists of INDIVIDUALS called into that sanctified position by God.
Christianity can not be understood in the terms of individual acts of devotion that God believes are more holy than others. Christianity is a way of life. Works are a by-product of “believing in faith” and “living in Christ”…
Hebrews 13:13 tells us to, “go forth to him outside the camp”. Outside the camp of what? Outside the camp of “religion”…outside the camp of “tradition”…outside the camp of immaturity…is where Christ dwells!!!
We as Christians exist under the “law of faith and love”. Therefore we are under no “Law” or “law” (there is a difference). We are subject to no one, yet subject to all. We exist as free members in a body bound by love and truth. Hence our individualism. We walk alone, yet in step as one with other Christians…We declare together..yet answer alone.
Truth while absolute in nature, is bound by the Word…who is truth..we seek,find,believe, and live “truth”.. alone…The spirit which bears witness with our spirit, guides us into such truth..

I too believe that the body is made up of “true believers” in and out of different churches/denominations, there are many here who I feel are part of the body even though I disagree with them on various issues.Wm

So the JWs are not the body of Christ.
You must be joined to Christ to be part of his body.
Joining any old denomination is no help in this regard at all.Good post dk.

… the eyes of your heart having been enlightened, for you to perceive what is the expectation of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of the enjoyment of His allotment among the saints,
19 and what the transcendent greatness of His power for us who are believing, in accord with the operation of the might of His strength,
20 which is operative in the Christ, rousing Him from among the dead and seating Him at His right hand among the celestials,
21 up over every sovereignty and authority and power and lordship, and every name that is named, not only in this eon, but also in that which is impending:
22 and subjects all under His feet, and gives Him, as Head over all, to the ecclesia which is His body, the complement of the One completing the all in all.Blessings.
