Greetings Lineon…..The dead sea scrolls were not the only written version of the OT….The scrolls may be the oldest and were penned by the sect of scribes known as the Essenes which lived in the territory known as Quamran….To all! If you google the dead sea scrolls it has several Article on the scrolls.

Greetings Irene…..A while ago I took notice of the number of events that happened around time the dead sea scrolls were found…The Roswell incident in the US,The Dead Sea scrolls and the Israeli fight for sovereignty….And I am sure Georg could probably add several other incidents that took place in this period 1947/48….
