This shows that whoever wrote Samuel was unaware of the Torah laws about only Levites where to be priests. In several places is speaks of only those in the line of Aaron were to be priests, but in one place in merely said “Levites”.

I can only imagine they would give high respect to Michal David’s first wife, of coarse she is has Moses Law to accuse him.
