…that you do not live in the house of Israel or the house of Judah.

And that we are not there anyway because the world is not 100% christian, and therefore Jer 13:34 is not currently true and even less likely to be so in the future.

    Just exegicising.

Then why would you reply to a question I asked of kejonn? You must be his self appointed mouth piece.

Jer 31:31  “Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah,
Jer 31:32  not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the LORD.
Jer 31:33  But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the LORD: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34  And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

    Whoops!

    Your point being…..

That you claim to have some “new covenant” with the Abrahamic god when his “word” never promised you (as a gentile) one to begin with. You don't have an “old covenant”, so why would you assume you have a “new” one?

a new one cause we are under grace not the law

I did not say I have some new covenant. I said that we are in the new covenant age inwhich putting people to death has passed away. Why are you creating a distraction?

This supposed “new covenant age” is not a universal thing for mankind according to the Jeremiah passage. It is only for Israel.

    #141585

but we that are in Christ are adopted into the new covenent age right?

I think I have replied to this already. It is true that the new covenant was made with Israel. But it included the promise that Israel would expand her tents to include peoples outside of her. Therefore, non-Israelites have adopted the new covenant though technically is was made with Israel.

What's your point? ??? The U.S. constitution is a covenant with the citizens of the U.S. (ideally). When a foreigner becomes a U.S. citizen he or she adopts the covenant. No degree in rocket science is needed my friend.
