God does not put unnecessary burdens on our shoulders.
Scribes and pharisees do that ,but they themselves wont lift up a finger.

wupthe Sabbath stands for a day to the LORD our God ,
the rest of the week we could deal with our own business,
but sins Christ we have to be totally in Christ and produce the fruit there of (faith)
so their is no longer one day for the LORD but seven /24 for the LORD ,so that our own personal are now included in our fruits of our faith

Eph.2:15: Having abolished in his flesh the enmity,
