To All,
On another thread Kathi has said that there were two Gods involved in creation. Yet no anti-trinitarians here have jumped on her for it. Is all polytheism idolatrous or just trinitariansim?thinker

If you would read what Scriptures tell you about the preexisting of Jesus, you would not have to ask that Question. Read it, you might learn something.Irene

Irene,
So you believe like Kathi that there were two Gods involved in creation? Are you a polytheist?thinker

Quote thinker Since Kathi's post is no another page I did not read Her post. So before you jump all over me, get the facts straight first. The tread is about Elohim not Kathi. Did you not find it ironic that I found Elohim only in my Catholic Bible. We were Catholics until my Husband was 47 and I was 46. We both are thankful to God that He brought us out of that system. That to me is wonderful and I want to share that with all.
But now Irene says,Quote If you would read what Scriptures tell you about the preexisting of Jesus, you would not have to ask that Question. Read it, you might learn something.
It appears as if you do support her polytheism after all. So what was so idolatrous about believing in the trinity?Irene said:
Quote I will read Kathi's post, but responding to it, why should I? She did not say that to me now did She?
This looks like hypocrisy to me. When I or WJ say something to someone else you have sometimes chimed in with your comments. You have sometimes responded when we weren't talking to you. But when Kathi promotes her brand of polytheism you say “Why should I respond?” Hmmmm….This proves that the label “ANTI-trinitarian” is accurate. You're not really anti-polytheist. You're anti-trinitarian. Any brand of polytheism is okay except trinitarianism. Right?
