You misunderstood me, when I said “quite the opposite” I meant to your leaving, not to Nick's statement. I apologize I'm not very good at wording my thoughts and it's gotten me into trouble in the past and will again.Wm
January 27, 2008 at 9:09 pm#80304acertainchapParticipantWhatever. I guess I don't belong here with hypocrites. Jealously can be a hinderence. And all of you taking over good people's accounts (the original members) is just showing me something. It's not positive. Being hypocritical is not a good thing. I was on here first before the imposters, remember that.

Well I certainly should believe you on that then. I know I don't offer a lot of explainations into the scriptures that I give, like others, but I'm still continuing on the path of truth.January 27, 2008 at 9:16 pm#80307seekingtruthParticipantThank you brother

January 27, 2008 at 9:18 pm#80308acertainchapParticipantYour welcome. Lately I've been letting my anger overtake me. Use of anger in verbal speech is not a good thing. I'm working on calming my mind and focusing on the truth, though.

I believe that scriptures speak best for themselves sometimes.Wm
January 27, 2008 at 9:22 pm#80310acertainchapParticipantThat is very true. Sometimes I stray from the truth which I will openly admit. I always get right back on track which I feel is best. I'm just getting out of looking at pornography and adult content on youtube. I've been out of that for more than a month now. I asked God to forgive me.
January 27, 2008 at 9:30 pm#80311seekingtruthParticipantIt's the funny thing about truth, we have to be willing to accept that what we've believed up to that point may be wrong in order to accept new truths. This very attitude opens us up to straying but if your seeking truth the Spirit will guide us back to the right path.

January 27, 2008 at 9:32 pm#80313acertainchapParticipantThank you very much for your words of encouragement, seekingtruth. I know that you're here to help me. We must accept new truths, yes. It's the only way we grow in our faith.

I'm new here, and haven't managed to read many of the threads yet.It seems that many here enjoyed your posts. It's a shame that you felt the need to go.
I wonder, did your `anger' surface because your faith was always being questioned?
I hope that you occassionaly look in and see how things are going here. Maybe, one day, you'll venture back? (The `good guys' could do with all the support they can get!)
