Hi kenrch,
Believe in God. He is bigger than us. He orders all things according to His plan so don't be like Martha fussing around about the details of wht He can make happen. Just be sure to obey.July 26, 2006 at 11:52 pm#22881NickHassanParticipantQuote (heiscomingintheclouds @ July 26 2006,23:35) Do I have to lead you by the hand Nick?
Hi H,
We know not to take the hand of strangers.
You speak on some matters as a stranger.
You do not abide in the Word but use it to satisfy your dogmas.July 27, 2006 at 12:06 am#22883kenrchParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ July 27 2006,00:50) Hi kenrch,

Nick who is fussing around about the details You are the one fussing around getting wet.Are you saying that God is bigger than water? That God can and will save someone without water?
July 27, 2006 at 12:13 am#22884He’s Coming in the CloudsParticipantNick, you consider me a stranger only because your God and my God are not the same evidently. My God sent his Son to die, that I might live. I asked Jesus to come into my heart. I prayed that I be forgiven of my sins, he did and I was born again. Jesus is in my heart. All things were made knew. I was a new creature in Christ. I recieve the baptism of the Holy Spirit about five years laters and then the baptism of water a few months after that.
When Jesus came into my heart, I could not quit crying. My heart felt as if it weighed 100 pounds. When I was forgiven, my heart was filled with Jesus. It was filled with love. The weight had been removed. I am sorry you have never experienced this Nick. All you have to do is ask him into your heart and believe with all of your heart. Please try it Nick.

AMEN!July 27, 2006 at 2:07 am#22887NickHassanParticipantHi H,
Despite our own personal experiences
as faithful servants of God
it is our duty to teach the way accurately
and this”try it and see approach” is not of that way.
The way is written.
That is a safer guide.July 27, 2006 at 2:31 am#22889kenrchParticipantRom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.Did the Spirit of God tell you that God is a murderer? That God doesn't care about the heart? About the spiritual?
Did the Spirit tell you that God is still the God of the Old Testament as before the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1).

I am not sure what you mean but should we not leave God's business to Him and just obey His commands to us?July 27, 2006 at 9:43 am#22901kenrchParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ July 27 2006,03:42) Hi kenrch,

God will save whoever gives his heart to Him. It is you who are limiting God by teaching that God will not save you unless you get wet.Did the Holy Spirit lead you to teach that?
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
July 27, 2006 at 6:34 pm#22905NickHassanParticipantHi kenrch,
Another new gospel?
“God will save whoever gives his heart to Him.”July 27, 2006 at 8:16 pm#22910kenrchParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ July 27 2006,19:34) Hi kenrch,

You know nothing of God's heart or His righteousness. You teach that God will murder you even if you give him your heart.A New gospel? You need to dig just a little bit deeper than the words on paper to find out what they mean.
The book was written by the Holy Spirit and it takes the Holy Spirit to understand it.
A new gospel? The gospel is LOVE, Nick. Not legalistic by the letter as the pharisees that Jesus comdemed. No water NO salvation! Unless it is my son? Is this your stance. Is this YOUR idea of righteousness?
You make my God to be a murderer and I don't like it!!!July 27, 2006 at 8:35 pm#22911NickHassanParticipantHi kenrch,
The simple requirements of God for our salvation have never been top of the hit parade.Men are always trying to devise ways to get around them sadly.
Neither did Naaman the Syrian believe God that he had to be dunked either.
But God's wisdom was vindicated by obedience.

For “God so loved the world”. Another “New” gospel?!?!?!Where have you been Nick?! Love Is the foundation, the reason why, we have a gospel.
You know the letter but not the heart of the word.
If you love someone you please them. It's that simple but then you can't seem to grasp anything simple as LOVE.
Your doctrine states that My God has no heart. When in fact it is you who has no understanding of God's righteousness.
You make my God to be a murderer and I Don't Like IT!

Simple? God so loved the world everything else follows. It is you who make salvation difficult. If left up to you people who could not read would never be saved! You should get back to basics. GOD SO “LOVED” THE WORLD!
LOVBE Nick God's middle name. The beginning of everything!
July 27, 2006 at 9:00 pm#22918kenrchParticipantWhere did you go Nick?
July 27, 2006 at 9:10 pm#22920NickHassanParticipantHi kenrch,
What is difficult about following Jesus into his death by being born again of water and the Spirit? Inconvenient, embarrassing, childlike wisdom-maybe, but not difficult.July 27, 2006 at 9:46 pm#22923He’s Coming in the CloudsParticipantAll I know is I have Christ in my heart. Can you make the same claim Nick? If my experience is foreign to you, I suspect you do not. So why not ask Christ into your heart?
July 27, 2006 at 9:47 pm#22924NickHassanParticipantHi,
Are we have in the experimental lab or do you not have yet the ability to recognise that Christ is in me?July 27, 2006 at 9:55 pm#22925He’s Coming in the CloudsParticipantI am unsure Nick. You don't recognize the ways of his word. You don't recognize the ways of his Spirit. You deny the scripture when it comes to salvation by faith. You claim by my asking him into my heart that it is not of God. If you deny these things, I don't know how you can have him in you. You at one time even said where does it say that you have Christ in your heart. I had to show you the scriptures.
