[1]This is now the second letter that I have written to you, beloved, and in both of them I have aroused your sincere mind by way of reminder;
[2] that you should remember the predictions of the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles.
[3] First of all you must understand this, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own passions
[4] and saying, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things have continued as they were from the beginning of creation.”
[5] They deliberately ignore this fact, that by the word of God heavens existed long ago, and an earth formed out of water and by means of water,
[6] through which the world that then existed was deluged with water and perished.
[7] But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist have been stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
[8]But do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
[9] The Lord is not slow about his promise as some count slowness, but is forbearing toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
[10] But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up.
[11]Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of persons ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,
[12] waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be kindled and dissolved, and the elements will melt with fire!
[13] But according to his promise we wait for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
[14]Therefore, beloved, since you wait for these, be zealous to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace.
[15] And count the forbearance of our Lord as salvation. So also our beloved brother Paul wrote to you according to the wisdom given him,
[16] speaking of this as he does in all his letters. There are some things in them hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other scriptures.
[17] You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, beware lest you be carried away with the error of lawless men and lose your own stability.
[18] But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. IT DOES NOT SAY THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN AT THE COMING.
THIS WILL ONLY HAPPEN WHEN THE EARTH IS RENEWED.
WHAT IS THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON FOR,IF THE EARTH WILL SIMPLY MELT?WHY THE NEED TO PUT SATAN IN PRISON?
SINCE HE WAS NOT CAST IN THE FIRE AT THE COMING.
AND WHY THE NEED TO CAST THE BEAST AND THE F.PROPHET IN THE LAKE OF FIRE?wakeup.
What is the eternal kingdom wakeup and when does it come according to Peter and According to Jesus in Matthew 24?
[37] As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
[38] For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark,
[39] and they did not know until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
[40] Then two men will be in the field; one is taken and one is left.
[41] Two women will be grinding at the mill; one is taken and one is left.
[42] Watch therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
[43] But know this, that if the householder had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have watched and would not have let his house be broken into.
[44] Therefore you also must be ready; for the Son of man is coming at an hour you do not expect.2 Peter 3

Because people will be “eating and drinking (things that taste good in all types of ways) marrying and giving in marriage (sinning) – So the world will be in a state of 'bliss' just before the day comes burning like an oven.
The day in which as Peter says will destroy everything, that is everything. And this the day that is soon to come, it is the day of judgment. It is the end.[8]But do not ignore this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
[9] The Lord is not slow about his promise as some count slowness, but is forbearing toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.This is the day of salvation which is now. This is the time between then and the return, the end. Simple stuff. Not a future millennium.
[10] But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up.
This is the same day again. Peter had to repeat it.
[11]Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of persons ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,

[13] But according to his promise we wait for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
What do we wait for? Are we waiting for a one thousand year “millennium”? No. Not according to Peter. We are apparently waiting for a new heaven and a new earth.
[14] Therefore, beloved, since you wait for these, be zealous to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace.
[15] And count the forbearance of our Lord as salvation. So also our beloved brother Paul wrote to you according to the wisdom given him,

NOTICE; ONLY **THE DEAD**? BECAUSE THERE ARE NO MORE BAD **ALIVE** BY THIS TIME. EVEN SATAN AND ALL HIS FOLLOWERS OF MAGOG ARE ALL DEAD.

I know about those scriptures , but those scriptures seem not to differentiate between the heavenly call first fruits and the ones in Christ,
And those who came out of their tomb who are they (saints)???, how many were they
And what happen to them later Did they die again Where they transformed And revelation 7 and 14
And the beast in revelation 17 .???
Not forgetting the sabbath of God one day of 1000 years
It seems that it is easy to answer one question by ignoring all others ,this is not the way of truth,
Either all is true and answered to all or it is false and so cannot be trusted

But soon if not already the door will be shut. Time will be up. And then the end will come, like a THIEF in the night, at a time when is least expected, when people say “peace and security” then sudden destruction will come upon them.
