most of those disasters could have been prevented ,but men are not to be bother with the interest of others unless it becomes their
own problem ,most of the problem are not cost effective so they rather let hell lose and pick up the pieces later , look at what Happen in Louisiana , and with : the tornado ANDREW ” few years back still not rebuild ; never will ,
but the nations have always the money to go to the moon,the sun,space ,and wherever, but not to help others nor their own people ,wars must go first always money for it ;
this is going on for 6000 years and will until God says enough deadline now ,
