Repentance before God, Who is near to all men as Acts 17 tells us, is the number one priority.
Water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ is that plea to God for a clean conscience as 1 Peter 3.21 shows.
THEN GOD MAY SEND JESUS, the Spirit of Christ, as He promised in Acts 2.38-39.
