Other references to Israel as God’s servant include Jer. 30:10 (note that in Jeremiah 30:17, the servant Israel is considered by the nations as an outcast, abandoned by God, as in Isaiah 53:4)

Verse 5 should lead you to a reasonable conclusion.

5] And now, says the Lord, who formed me from the womb,

    To be his servant,

    To turn Jacob to himself:

Though Israel be not gathered, I will be glorified before the Lord, and my God will be my strength.

The author of that article has taken a lot of liberty in his interpretation. The language used in verses 1-13 makes it impossible to be a reference to the Jesus. Everything is about context in which it was written; you cannot parachute into the middle of a thought, pick out a sentence or two and create your own idea of what it means; this…[Read more]

I would recommend looking up and verifying 1everything written below, look at every verse given and prove it wrong or right. If it is right, what will you do with it? Will you accept or reject it.

Tell me, would it have hurt to write a simple response to what you believe the 70 week prophecy is? If you don’t want to do what I tell you, then do what you want.

Like I already said, I wasn’t wasting my time reading another’s opinion of what they believe it means; especially when you could give a condensed version of it by summarizing what he said. Don’t you explain your belief when “witnessing” to others or do you hand them a book and say, “read it for yourself.”
