I think you would agree God’s Kingdom is spiritual; but may be not, so I’m forced to ask you this question: Do you believe God’s Kingdom is spiritual? “Yes” or “No” ?
“That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;”(Gen 22:17)
The US and UK do control all the enemies sea route gates.
It was the United Kingdom that gave Israel back her land.
“Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once?” (Isaiah 66:8)
Was Trump chosen by God? Who else would he be chosen by?
Acts 17:26 and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation,
“And he changeth the times and the seasons; He removeth kings, and setteth up kings; he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding. He revealeth the deep and secret things; he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.” ( Dn 2: 20-22 )
17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.” ( Dn 4: 13-17 abbreviated )
“25 That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will. 26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.” ( Dn 4: 25-26 )
“31 While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. 32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field; they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will.” ( Dn 4: 31-32 )
“And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses; they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that He appointeth over it whomsoever he will.” ( Dn 5: 21 )
I tested your quoted words Nick. Sometimes it is good to apply our own teachings and standards to ourselves and not always force them away from ourselves and toward others. I am sure you agree with my words because we meet God to talk about ourselves and not other servants. This is what I do with your accusations and insinuations. I remind you that this is the standard you have set for yourself no matter how difficult you set the bar. You see, it is not really being applied to others, but most certainly being applied to yourself.
Kinder judgements come to us when we do not judge so harshly. It is up to yourself Nick. If I went around condemning everyone, I would know that all I am doing is setting the bar very high for myself. Everyone is different and at a different stage even if they are saved. You act like you are the standard, but then you do not even live up to your own standard. You have the truth according to you, but you change your mind too. Take it easy on other people. Even do it to make your own judgements easier. Further, there is a difference between challenging a teaching vigorously using scripture and judging another’s servant. ANd some shoots are delicate, let them grow strong. What is the point in trampling on them.
