It is assumed by some that that it is so but it is not literally written in scripture. Scripture states that:

These are all verses may be relevant to resolving the mystery.

Satan was cast from his place when he sinned but that does not mean Satan cannot still visit heaven. He visited it when he accompanied a group of the sons of God.
For example a man is cast out of house because he did not pay the bills. Even though the house is no longer his he can still visit. It is an mistake to say being cast out means you can no longer visit.

Genesis 1:1
In the beginning God create the heaven and the earth.
He created two things.
1. heaven
2. earth
We must ask, since God created the heaven and the earth, then is heaven earth or not??
What is not heaven is earth and what is not earth is heaven.
Heaven is basically anything above the earth.
Heaven would include our atmosphere.
Genesis 1:20
And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

For he is cast out of heaven(banned), after the resurrection of Jesus.Rev.12.

1.Heaven where God dwelleth.

This happened on the day of Christ’s resurrection
Revelation 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
The woman is Zion, God’s doctrine. The day Christ rose he saw Mary, and told her not to touch him until he ascended.
John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
Christ was risen, but just about to leave to ascend to his Father. He returned that evening to meet with the apostles.
Whilst Christ was united with his Father in heaven, this happened;
Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
The King never fights his own battles, he gives the orders, and his men do it. In this case Michael, the chief angel who was in charge, with his angels under him, battled Satan, and did what was commanded. Kicked him out of heaven.
Revelation 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Satan gone. Job done; and his angels are gone with him.
Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Cast down, not destroyed Yet. Cast down to earth. Can never return to heaven.
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Revelation 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
Satan then went after the doctrine of God, trying to end it, by killing the followers,…but the truth was preserved.
Revelation 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
The doctrine of God was kept preserved for three and a half years. The apostles were fed this doctrine in depth, when Christ was with them for 40 days. Having the holy spirit now, they understood perfectly, and were sent out. They were sent to Antioch, and this was their headquarters, (meeting place in the wilderness) free from persecutions, and although some were killed, the true doctrine of God was preserved. They taught one another, and preached to the Jews and gentles. Departing and returning to Antioch, they sent letters to the churches, and the churches sent letters to them. They would of made copies to preserve the Word..
To give you an idea what was happening in Antioch;
Acts 11:19 Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only.
Acts 11:20 And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus.
Acts 11:22 Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.
Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

Acts 11:27 And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch.
Acts 13:1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
Acts 13:14 But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down.
Acts 14:21 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch,
Acts 14:26 And thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.

Acts 15:35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
Their preaching lasted three and a half years. Satan could not attack the Word of God with full force, until it was in print. Well the letters at that time were hand written, and not at the disposal of the gentiles, but nevertheless, the spirit of Antichrist had come and deceived many.
Once the Word of God was made available in print to the whole gentile world, Satan had something solid to attack. This is the flood he sent after the woman. He corrupted the doctrine of God. Although the true doctrine remains, many have to sift through to find it. When God draws one near to himself he will lead him there to his pure undefiled Word, and Satan cannot touch this,…the true doctrine, but in anger will go at anyone who has this doctrine inside them. He his plan is to kill them all off, so no trace of this doctrine can exist.
Revelation 12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
Many are carried away by this flood. This flood is not on the world, but on the Woman (The doctrine of God), and therefore Satan has succeeded, but not for the ones who have already received it. It will go to their graves with them.

Kerwin, that is speaking of the earth. The spiritual wickedness in high places is HAPPENING ON THE EARTH.
Heaven was cleaned out after Jesus’s resurrection. Satan cannot come and go anymore.

Kerwin, that is speaking of the earth. The spiritual wickedness in high places is HAPPENING ON THE EARTH.
The Koine Greek word means heavens so I assume you mean skies.
It is a form of the same word used in other passages of Ephesians such as:
Ephesians 1:20Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
20 which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Ephesians 2:6Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
6 and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Ephesians 3:10Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
10 to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
It sounds like it is speaking of some of the “principalities and powers in heavenly places” that are mentioned in Eph. 3:10.
Even the word heavens is somewhat vague and words high places even more so their is room for interpretations though each one has to be judged based on its truthfulness or falseness.

Place is a vague word which leads to their being more than one interpretation of what this phrase means. It is my understanding that Satan lost his station in heaven as did his host. I believe he still goes before God and petitions hims much as he did in the day of Job as we are as oppressed by him as Job was at that time.
Here are some other Scriptures that I think may relate to this topic.

Hi,
Satan was able to enter heaven and there is no proof that his fall from there has yet to happen.
What Jesus saw may have been at that time or more likely was prophetic.
The predicted earthly dramas associated with this event have yet to eventuate suggesting it may be associated with the great tribulation
