Proclaimer….. A liar is not a person who express what he or she actually believes, even if it is not true. A LIAR IS SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE TRUTH IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING, they are Decievers because they know what they are saying is not the truth.
A decieved person is not to be considered a liar, even if what decieved them was a lie. IMO
