T8, I have a theory on the whole dept and wealth thing. Your right, the guy with 5$ has a greater net worth than the guy with a 200K mortgage.

Heres the difference, The guy with the mortgage has been imprisoned by his dept and apparent comforts of life. Turned up to work on time, puts in a hard days work just to reach retirement at 65 in time for death or an unhealthy retirement due to the stress of maintaining that mortgage. All the while being kept away from what is really important in life, God.

Dept is the tool of the illuminate and it works well, imprisoning us all, except the guy with 5$ to his name.

Tradition tells us, get an education, get married, have kids, get a mortgage, new car, big screen plasma TV and keep up with the Jones. Do we really need a 4 bedroom home, double lock up garage with remote doors and a swimming pool in the right suburb or would a simply cottage designed with self sustainability a better choice?

I know, sounds very negative. The point I making is I believe the powers to be control us via the mortgage. They can make society greedy with apparent affluence by lowering interest and make money easy to get, or increase interest and make life very difficult for those in dept.

Once this method of manipulation has been realised, we can choose to change it and make a positive and focus on what is more important…. Its that old problem of tradition that locks us in.

Of course I have no proof of the mortgage thing, just my thoughts…..

I was similar to you (not quite as hard headed). I tried desperately to make the trinity work, after all, it’s main steam thought. If people much smarter than myself said this is correct, who am I to argue it?

Checked in with my pastor, who I held in high regard, told me “don’t take the father son thing literally. It’s just a concept used so you can understand”. So I naturally asked which parts of the bible to I take literally and with parts do I not take literally. I was shocked when he said just check with him, he’ll let me know.

The more I looked and researched, the more I realised it was most likely the great deception described in Revelation. The only truth in the trinity is “the world will be deceived”

There is a supreme being called God and he has a divine son, whom he sent to this world to take on human form and die in our place They are of like substance not same substance they are two separate beings and individuals in their own right They are one only in the sense that they ask us to be one in them.

Trinity’s origin is historically pagan and didn’t enter so called christianity until they looked at platonic thought and applied this at the council of nicea. (By the way, Plato was a pagan). At the council of nicea, man defined who and what god was. Remember, many if not all at the council of nicea, were pagan worshipers.

The Jews have never believed in a trinity then or now and who are we to tell them the concept of what their own language is saying?

Truth vs tradition….. That’s your issue here and nothing else. Either you want to know the truth or your happy with tradition. Truth is not easy to find or digest, in fact it can be a lonely journey.

How did you go fitting a trinity into Hebrews 1..?

David – what man made doctrine am I coming up with and why do I need to change john 1:1.

Answer a few questions for me please…..

1. Is the trinity doctrine man made?
2. Did it not come out of the council of nicea?
3. Was the council of nicea a council of men, a council chaired by men, and decisions derived by men?
4. What other scriptures am I changing?

Dave, I have watched your posts over the last couple of days and really I think your simple causing trouble and further dialog with you is useless. Some may comment to obtain a greater understanding weather they agree or not at least they are considering what is being said, you on the other hand, well….?

Many have given you links to read but you have obviously not read then. Some have quoted you stuff and again you’ve obviously not read them. You don’t appear to be able to support your beliefs from the Bible when asked, so really, what are you doing here besides causing trouble.

Read Ezekiel 8… if nothing else

I guess you need to decide if your going to accept the mark of God as found in the Torah,or the mark of the beast as found in Revelation. It is sounding as if you may have already, unknowingly accepted the mark of the beast…? Either way stop being arrogant, consider what others have to say before commenting. Its obvious you have not considered all possibilities or even if what you are saying is Biblically supported?

Revelation tells us the world will be deceived, have you considered how satan will deceive the world? The trinity seems to achieve that deception.

The trinity is a man made doctrine not found, taught or supported by the Bible.

Dave, I’ve been reading your comments over the last few days and really I think your simply and deliberately creating trouble.

Many on this site have given you links to read which your obviously not willing to read, some have pointed out mistakes in your understanding which again you seem unwilling to read. When asked to support what you believe in from the Bible, you won’t or possible can’t…… Everyone else seems to be able to support their belief from the Bible. You have supplied some verses which, lets face it, don’t support a trinity.

If nothing else, just read Ezekiel 8.

Rather than be willingly ignorant and arrogant decide if your going to accept the mark of the beast as found in Revelation or the mark of God as found in the Torah. From what I’m reading you’ve unknowingly accepting the mark of the beast.

Remember, Revelation says the world will be deceived, do you ever wonder how the world will be deceived? How satan will actually accomplish that???? The trinity seems to accomplish that goal….

Far out man get a grip……!? Where’s the scripture that supports your trinity….? Better still were did your trinty come from? Only appeared 300 something years after the bible was written. Rather than comment further at this point, research the history and origin of the trinity (try an d do it with an open mind). I’m happy to assist if you want but this web site is a great start…..
