rom 8 speaks of the Spirit of Christ once, the Spirit of God twice.It speaks of just THE SPIRIT about 12 times .
If they are SEPARATE you should be able to show us which reference is to each of these.

The Spirit of Christ was in the prophets as 1 Peter 1 shows so it is not the spirit of a man.
The prophets were men anointed by God.
