Paul was anxious to ensure that when we think of the Son of God it is as the ANOINTED man.

Without that anointing he was a mere mortal capable only of doing what we can do.

That is what he meant when he wrote 2 cor 5.16

Our human spirit gives us life.

But it is our soul that can face judgement for our actions after that spirit returns to God.

You seem to offer a complex set of doctrinal justifications

But the way is not so complex
