Hi Andrew,
1 Thess 4
We do not want you to be uninformed brethren, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.
1 Cor 15
We will not all sleep…
The witch of Endor woke Samuel…[Read more]

They all died.
Now they are asleep to God.

Most find the gospel incredible.

Hi Andrew,
Abraham , Isaac and Jacob are all alive to the God of the living.
Lk2o, Mt 22.
God sees the future as the present.

Hi Andrew,

Truly, truly I say to you, he who hears my word and believes Him Who sent me, has eternal life, and does not come under judgement, but has passed out of death into life.

Hi Andrew,
If Jesus is a Son of Adam then what difference would the virgin birth make?
He was a very ordinary man made extraordinary by his anointing from above at the Jordan.

Hi LU,
Indeed.
The Spirit that God shared with the Son, the Son shares with us.
Spiritual unity is the plan of God.

Hi Ed,
No the Spirit has the final say.
The prophetic word is a lamp till the morning star rises in your heart.

Hi Andrew,
They sleep in the earth awaiting the trumpet call.
They will rise just as their Lord did.

Hi Andrew,
Do you not know what God is offering you?
Eternal life by sharing the Spirit of the ever living God.

Hi Andrew,
He is a man as scripture attests.
His spirit left him at Calvary as scripture also attests.
He is yet alive in the anointing Spirit just as Abraham ,Isaac and Jacob are.

Hi t8,
Poor chap.
You have to suffer those who see more deeply.
They cannot see truth because you think you own it.
Would you prefer to limit this forum to the depth of your understanding .?

Hi t8,
Jesus the messiah was born at Bethlehem and reborn at the Jordan.
Why do you bear false witness against me?

Hi Ed,
If you had the Spirit as Simeon did you could see the plan of God being revealed too.

Hi KW,
Glorify human wisdom if you must
but the wisdom of God is greater.
You accuse of sin?
This wisdom descendeth not from above but is earthy, sensual, devilish….jas 3.15
My ways are higher than your ways and My thoughts higher than yours.
NickHassan replied to the topic Was Jesus Christ born in Bethlehem or born at the Jordan? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 9 years, 11 months ago
Hi KW,
How can you reach upwards to what is greater if your focus is on glorifying what is of earth?
Creation is very good but our minds must be transformed by renewal.
The ways of God are perfect. Any argument?

Hi LU,
The spirit of a man is given to him and returns to God at death.ecc 12
But even our spirit in us is a candle to God that He knows our ways.prov 20.27
Spirit is from the Father of spirits
.
The Spirit is lent and never divided from Him
NickHassan replied to the topic The Trinity Doctrine is an unnecessary stumbling block in the forum Truth or Tradition 9 years, 11 months ago
Hi LU,
We must not think of the Spirit in natural human terms.
There never was two spirits who became one.
The Spirit of the Son is of the Spirit of the Father.
The Word was with God and was God.
As the Spirit in Jesus said
‘I proceeded forth and came from God’

Hi KW,
So you read into my words what was not written ?
Spare us the drama.
I can only surmise that you are very sensitive to suggestions that reason is not infallible.

Hi Ed,
President Obama was born in Hawaii.
But nobody suggests that this statement means that he had already become president.
Understand the prophetic word.
