@Jodi
Jesus of Nazareth had the Spirit of God in his working through him from the Jordan.
He did not receive the Spirit again at his death. One verse in Acts 13 has confused you.
And as you deny Satan and ascribe all evil to God and man who used the powers shown in Job 1-3?NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago
@t8
You take it on yourself to judge others and pontificate from ignorance and you think you are WORTHY ?
You know some stuff about God but do not yet know God it seems.NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago
@Jodi
You know of the first few chapters of Job when SATAN meets with God and discusses his activities on earth and how Job was seen by him as a righteous man and how he thought he deserved hard testing. We see his powers over the weather and over evil men leading them to cause mayhem. We see his allowed ability to cause injury and death in…[Read more]NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago

So you point to your own WORTHY behaviours as evidence of your righteous nature?
Is it sufficient?NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago
@EdJ
He was anointed by God at the Jordan as scripture attests.
God did so when He confirmed him as His Son.
He appeared before God in heaven in Daniel after his death to be given the kingdom.
Now he is Lord of all.
Folks get confused by prophecies about these events thinking by logic only that they must be current.NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago
@EdJ
Not in scripture are such statements made.
Prophetically?
But Jesus of Nazareth WAS MADE both LORD AND CHRIST.NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago
@t8
So how and when did you become WORTHY and receive all knowledge so that you have no need to learn?
It seems rather you take your personal view of scripture and claim to understand it.
From your lofty tower you mock all others who see more.NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago
@EdJ
So you made up the idea of princes becoming lords?NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago

Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ-this Jesus whom you crucified.
So when was he made Lord and Christ?NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago

So to you begotten means born.

You still read the prophetic word as only current.

The word was made flesh at the Jordan.
The body prepared was that of Jesus of Nazareth, cleansed by obedience to the Law.NickHassan posted an update 5 years, 8 months ago

Are you a worthy one?
Have you been blessed with all understanding?
No need to learn any more or are you still crowing from atop your Dung Heap?

Ps 2 speaking prophetically,
“He said to me,
‘Thou art My Son. Today I have begotten thee.
Acts 13.33
‘Thou art My Son; today I have begotten thee”
Heb 5.5
‘Thou art My Son, today I have begotten thee’Which day was Jesus Christ begotten of God?

So by your private interpretation being born the Christ means being born anointed.
Somehow being born the Saviour does not mean he is ready to save.
Logic sometimes rules with you over prophetic scripture?Back to the drawing board. It is written. If you cannot figure it out, then admit your weakness before God. God is gracious.
“So by your private interpretation being born the Christ means being born anointed.” – Nick
No Nick, that would instead be by your private interpretation
Here’s how
Jesus “the anointing” born
Jesus “the “Christ” (Matt 32:4, Luke 2:11, Heb 13:9)
“that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.” (Matt 18:16)
“In the mo…[Read more]

Your message is mixed.
You accept that though but though born a Saviour he was unable to save anyone for many years.
But being born the Christ tell you he was born already anointed.
Consistency please.It is written he was born the messiah and lord. Yes he did the final act of salvation for mankind at the right time. If he was already the Christ when he was born, then you either accept it, or reject the message of the heavenly messenger. Simple as that and you are allowed to reject his message. I am not saying you have to accept it, but that I…[Read more]
No Nick, he was not “born anointed” – he was the anointing birthed! (ref. Micah 5:2)

Usually I believe scripture like when it says Jesus was the Christ in the City of David and you say it is my own wisdom. Well, that is a compliment, but it is not me Nick. Likewise I believe this and you attack me and others for this. Sad. What will be your reward one asks.
