Paul was anointed to preach the gospel and given power for he did great miracles as well.

It was after his resurrection that Jesus was appointed Lord of all things in heaven and on earth.

That does not tell me when he was anointed unless his crucifixion was an anointment.

The soldiers did declare him king of the Jews as did Pilate.
