gollamudi,Please look at Jewish History. The Jews of Paul's time tended to speak the common Greek.  I believe Hebrew was more like Latin in the Roman Catholic Church.  The Jews began abandoning the Septuagint in the 2nd Century A.D.Here is what wikipedia states on the subject.
