Nick,My spirit is not satisfied with your interpretation of Hebrews 6 because it condemns the God's words in Roman 6. If you do not think your interpretation does then you must see things differently but you are failing to communicate how you see them.In Romans 6 Paul is expounding on the philosophy of Christ centered around being immersed in the…[Read more]

Nick,I am not the one making Scripture fight itself you are. I am just pointing out your choice to do so then offering an alternative interpretation for Hebrews 6:1-3 that does not condemn Paul's words in Romans 6.

Quote (journey42 @ April 08 2014,17:03)Correction: Title – One word of God only with a capital G.Journey,The “G” is for emphasis but the format of titles does does not allow for any letter but the first to be capitalized. Just state “the god” for emphasis or some other form that is allowed.

Nick,He was speaking in a different way than what you say unless you accuse him of engaging in philosophical debate over ethereal matters when he addresses Romans 6.My understanding is he was instructing them to grow up and get over issues being conceived, being formed in the womb, being born, and being a neonatal.

Nick and Wakeup,Scripture does state Jesus ate and drank but it does not say he went bathroom though it is implied by the fact he is human. If we stated because it did not occur in Scripture it did not happen then we would speak what is false. If we stated since it is implied then it not proven we would be speaking an untruth.

Nick,Some interpret that this armor is used to battle demons. I do not see that, unless you mean resisting them so they will run away. Of course Satan's schemes show themselves in many ways such as the needy of this world being those he oppresses more than or in other ways than their neighbors. It was your recent posts that got me really thinking about getting baptized. I was baptized as a baby in a Catholic church – at a few days old.
