Terraricca,
I am glad you attempted to test what you heard but perhaps you lack information.
Jesus used it in the sense of descendant here.
Luke 19:9Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

Terrarica,
Your response to Nick is inappropriate though he too could have chosen to be more diplomatic.
Do you believe there is a Spirit?

Nick,
I am afraid I was not thinking in that way. Good point!
kerwin replied to the topic What does it mean that Jesus came in the flesh? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 9 years, 10 months ago
Terrarica,
Nick is correct, all son means is descendant. We capitalize it to show he is the chief decendant of David.

Terrarica,
God is not the physical father of Israel though he did father them through his word. He was their mother as well after all both men and women are created in his image.

Terraricca,
Actually it is but I forgot to cite it.
Exodus 4:22Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:

Terrarica,
and you cannot show me that it is the spirit of Christ that is to be believed in
I believe you misunderstood me as I already said I know of nowhere that is stated.
There are a few places where it could be but I am missing the unwritten context. Some of them are fairly solid unless the passage is taken in isolation.
kerwin replied to the topic in the forum JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? 9 years, 10 months ago
Terrarica,
Jesus is figuratively the Son of God just like Israel is figuratively the firstborn son of God.
Exodus 4:22Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:
You err when you take it literally.
Can you prove God lied and Israel is not his firstborn son?

Terrarica,
It would change the “made of the Seed of David” into a lie.
Do you believe it is?
kerwin replied to the topic What does it mean that Jesus came in the flesh? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 9 years, 10 months ago
Terrarica,
I have looked into the old languages and in doing so I can see that much is open to interpretation and this can and is misused. I believe God used the vagueness of languages to teach multiple things with the same words but that the evil one uses the same words to teach corrupt messages.
God did in fact set a stone in Zion and it is…[Read more]

Terrarica,
Ed made a good point and you did not address it yet.
Ad Ed said if Mary was a surrogate mother then Scripture would not say Jesus was made from the Seed of David, as of the flesh. Mary is the seed he was made from.

Terrarica,
Nick has a point but it is also true that we study Scripture in order to learn how to know God.
I do not expect God to give a direct revelation to any of us though I would like him to.
God does as God does and what he does is right.

Terrarica,
I heard Mike’s work but I have not heard yours.
You cannot depend on Mike. You have to depend on God.
Mike centered on the Coptic translation that uses “a” but Coptic translations appeared a few centuries after the fact and have a tendency to be Egyptian.
In addition the Coptic indirect article is not an exact equivalent to the…[Read more]

Your evidence is flawed but will not see that until you learn to test the Spirit of your assumptions.

JN 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Terrarica,
No, you haven’t given me Scripture to that effect.
You quoted from Revelation where is states “he” is called by the name of the word of God” but that passage does not say who “he” is. Do you also believe a sword literally comes out of Jesus’ mouth?
It is just another verse you have been taught to insert Jesus into.

how many times do I have to tell you I don’t care about all those believes ;I only go as per the scriptures ,nothing else ;

What I see is called propaganda.
If the people of Europe are truly oppressed then it is is up them to rebel.
I am a citizen and denizen of the United States so it is not my business beyond the duty to love.
Jesus addressed these controversies with the words repent or you too will perish.

Terrarica,
He stated the Son would declare and the Spirit declared the deep things of God to Jesus so that Jesus could declare them to those that have ears to hear. In that case the Son of God is God’s Spirit.
It is written the logos became human. It is also written that Jesus received the Spirit of God.
I leave the rest for you to solve.
