Jesus stated Sabbath was made for man. He never told anyone to not hold the Sabbath but he did tell them that doing good on the Sabbath did not violate it. The only variation was when his disciples ate from the field because they were hungry on a Sabbath and then he declared he was Lord of the Sabbath.

What I am saying should not be that hard to understand. When you say “the Scripture” as you used it instead of “the Spirit”, “God”, or “Jesus Christ” you sound like you do not understand the difference between the Law of Moses and the New Covenant. Paul rebuked those that could not understand that difference repeatedly.

I think you have the essential idea but I would use God, Jesus Christ, or the Spirit instead of “the scriptures” as “the Law” and “the scriptures” are equivalent titles.

Do you know which covers all the saints?

Those who have died will be raised and taken up and those who have not died will just be taken up.

Scripture tells us he looked different enough that it took his followers a while to figure out who he was after his resurrection.

The message is the same as some, and maybe all, of us fully listening to the Spirit but instead pick and choose those things to believe. I do not believe it is a conscious action.

Some passages have the word soul used in place of desire, for example Exodus 15:9 and Exodus 23:9.

Soul’s are also said to sin, for example Leviticus 6:2, Leviticus 5:17.

That sounds like some souls are conflicted where they desire to do all that is righteous while they also commit sins. The two actions to not match and so they want to be healed.
