While I certainly do not advocate the use of calling a certain man or angel as a god, it is clearly written in scripture where men and angels are called theos or elohim. If we want to understand the truth of the word ‘theos’, ‘elohim’, and ‘el’, we also need to understand all the scriptures that use these words.

In short I was merely agreeing to what you had said. I wanted to show that if if the word of God describes some as gods, then they are to some capacity. We know there is only one true God so then the word god used to describe some in the bible is an example of different degrees and meanings to the word god

That would be idolatry and we know God does not say his human kind is a little lower than idols.  Instead he is saying that humankind is a little lower than the angels.  He uses the word god to mean angels.  He is not calling angels false gods.

I could say Jimmy Hendrix is a guitar god and all it means is that he is a superior player.
