We go to Sheol/Hades after we die and it is divided into two places one is Paradise and one Tartarus. Jesus bases his parable of the rich man and Lazarus there and I do not believe he was supporting a false teaching as some do.

The question is not what is written; rather it is do you comprehend and believe what it says. It does not seem you do or you would know David was not contradicting the fact that “it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.”, Romans 2:13

I am not sure what you mean here. Do you mean that all living human beings that have not ascended have the same sinful nature?
