The blood in Acts has nothing to do with intravenously adding blood inorder to save lives. I don't think they had intravenous anything back then. Did they? :) The Jehovah Witnesses say use common…[Read more]

Nick,Isn't there a beginning to being born again? Doesn't the person have to know about Christ before He ask Jesus in and when he does then he progresses to the next step which is baptism? If a person is drawn by God then when he invites Jesus he will want to be baptized if the witness is following the Holy Spirit. Once baptized with water then…[Read more]

Why have we gotten off the denominations theme? Shouldn't the Trinity be in Biblical Discussions?I have a sugesstion since the Trinity always find's it's way through ALL of the site may be the Trinity should have it's own cateragory (you know a special place) plus Biblical Discussion may be that would suffice the matter. :) I posted this in General…[Read more]

David,If we don't “have” the truth, at least we know what it is then, based on what you said. We have all the definitions of every word. “Truth” is in the Bible. So we know what truth is. (I know this isn't really on topic, but it made me smile, so I had to say something.)You know what the truth is but you don't have it. “So we know what…[Read more]

Quote (heiscomingintheclouds @ June 04 2006,19:34)Brothers,There are 3 baptisms, but only one saves us. It is the baptism through the blood of the lamb that cleanses us, that washes away our sins. The second baptism is that of water, which is symbolic of the grave, symbolic of dying to our sinful self and rising new creatures in Christ. The third…[Read more]
