You may think so, but that is the way of tyrants and dictators. “Snuff out” the “troublemakers” rather than show strong evidence to those who may be swayed. Is that the way of it?If a presidential candidate is facing heat because of some supposed dirt dug up on him, is the better approach to attack back or provide valid evidence that the words are false?

Really, is it all about “setting one straight”? Shouldn't it be more about showing strong evidence?

Quit putting my name in your posts Ken. You have no reason to do so; I am rarely on here anymore and your constant use of my name in a derogatory manner is very revealing of your poor attitude.

Who is Jesus? Since Jesus is reflected in his followers, and you claim to be one, Jesus is a jerk. The only Jesus some will know will be found in his people and sadly there are many out there like you, giving a much less than satisfactory image.

Is there any reason you feel you need to mention my username so much? Your insecurity is palpable.

But it was in relation to God. Again, its all what you want to believe so if you want to be a worm go ahead. I'm not a prideful man but I know God doesn't view me as a worm. Do you love worms Nick?

Job is a recollection of the exchange between Job and his friends. Read the last chapter for a clue on what God though about Bildad's advice:Job 42:7 It came about after the LORD had spoken these words to Job, that the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is kindled against you and against your two friends, because you have not spoken of…[Read more]

If confusion over the truth is a sign of the end times, we have been in the end times just years after Jesus. Certainly by 325 CE.

In a perfect world we would all be right. Alas, you know at least the truth of that!
kejonn replied to the topic Mandy in the forum Feedback, Suggestions, & Features 18 years, 2 months ago
Yes, lets look at the “truth” that various people know:(1) God – only one, or 3-in-1, or oneness, or a form of henotheism with Jesus as a little god, etc.(2) Salvation – believing in Jesus and baptism, believing in Jesus but baptism necessary, repentance and believing and baptism, etc.(3) Status of salvation – “once saved always saved”, can lose…[Read more]

In fact Nick, please show me where any spiritual being in the OT was allowed to do as they pleased.1Ki 22:20 “The LORD said, 'Who will entice Ahab to go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead?' And one said this while another said that. 1Ki 22:21 “Then a spirit came forward and stood before the LORD and said, 'I will entice him.' 1Ki 22:22 “The LORD sa…[Read more]
