Hello there Jael. You asked:
So if Jesus being âone with the Father makes him âGODâ just as the Father is God, then why would the disciples (Actually, APOSTLES) NOT be âGODâ as Jesus wished for them?
Being one with the Father is not what made the Son to be God. It is His divine and eternal essence that makes the Son to be God. Believers…[Read more]

You ask a good question.
As I understand, the Father and the Son are equal in essence-two persons…one eternal and divine essence. (When I think of essence in perhaps a way to understand it according to this physical world, I think of two identical cells…they are two in number but one in essence.) In regards to the Father and the…[Read more]

Hi Jael,
Good question, Jael. I only understand two persons in the unity, as well. I do not sense that the Holy Spirit is a third person but instead the Holy Spirit seems to be the united spirit of the two persons that extends from them without ever seperating from them. In a sense, the Holy Spirit seems to be the presence of the LORD…[Read more]

John 6:37-39
All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never turn away. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me. LU, so you mean that it was God that made Jesus âperfectâ in completing his works?
Wasnât it JESUS who WAS PERFECTED âŠ
How does the word âperfectâ (perfected) suddenly come to mean âcompletedâ in the context of the verse?
LU, scriptures says that Jesus BECAME PERFECTâŠ
But you say that it says that Jesus COMPLETED ?!!

Hi Jael,
you asked:
You said something about Jesus being always perfect.
What does Hebrews 5: 8-9 say?
How does âAFTERâŠlearning obedience âŠand being made perfectâ imply âwas always perfectâ?
That word “perfect” is used in a sense of having completed the task. It does not imply that Jesus was an imperfect person.
Read what the commenta…[Read more]

you asked:
Oh, to the supporter of âbegetâ doesnât mean âbegetââŠTo the implier that beget implies something already existing:
Were Cain and Abel already existing when Adam begat them?
Beget does mean beget. Adam took part in the conception of Cain and Able. Before that conception, they did not exist. From the moment of conception,…[Read more]

Hi Jael,
Did you realize that ontology has to do with the nature of a being and not their gender or their office?
The son of a human type of being would be another human type of being
The son of a particular animal, lets say a horse for example, would be another horse…and so on.
Jesus is clearly identified as the only begotten Son of…[Read more]

Hi Jael,
You asked:
Hi LU, can you (or anyone) explain to me what âa begotten Godâ is?
In my understanding, GOD is one⊠âA begotten Godâ would be âAânother God.
In fact, what exactly does the name, title or term, âGodâ mean?
A central truth of the gospel is that Jesus is the only begotten son of God. I believe that He really is the onl…[Read more]

God was most likely speaking as a member of the unity of the Spirit in which messengers and servants take part. We are told that their part was to celebrate when he pit the foundation stone in place.
That passage is vague as it was wrote with unwritten context so it is open to interpretation.
Note: If it is line with other creation…[Read more]

Hello Jael and welcome,
I understand your concerns about a three person Godhead. I understand a Father/Son/Holy Spirit Godhead although I consider it two persons and their united spirit (which is their “inner person” within them and extends from them with omnipresent potential). So that would be two persons and their united inner…[Read more]
