Hi brother Marty,I appreciate your post above. But the Hebrew Passover was nothing to do with sin atonement except the day of atonement. Early Christians had interpreted every thing as per their will and wish to prove Jesus' death in terms of Jewish traditions. I don't agree with such arguments.

Hi brother Terraricca and Sis Irene,Hebrew scriptures never meant that coming messiah will be a savior or god. They only meant that he would be a prophet like Moses or a military warrior. But what Christianity beleives and preaches is entirely different from the religion of Hebrew scriptures.

It is the invention of writer of Acts not according to Hebrew scriptures in which only the name YHWH is given under heaven to be saved.
