What happened to over a thousand miles? Couldn’t make that work so you changed the rules. Fortunately you don’t make the rules.

Fortunately we are only talking about 550 miles and not over 1,000 miles so the math is correct.
The reality is that the plane is dropping over 38 miles in one hour. The plane is dropping at over 5 miles every 8 minutes which is 7.5 not 1 degree. Why no comment on any other issue that these official documents contain? I’ve asked repeatedly. You g…[Read more]

Perhaps you missed the math, Ed. And I have answered the sun question. If you have any questions then quote my responses and ask your question. This is what a debate is, you listen to the other person and agree or disagree but always listen.

Where is your math for the 1% drop every eight minutes?
Here is mine:
550×550=302,500
302,500×8= 2,420,000 (8”x mile squared)2,420,000 inches /12 = 201,666 (inches to feet)
201,666 feet / 5280 = 38.19 miles (feet to miles)
So the plane drops 38.19 miles in 1 hour!
There are 7.5 “8 minute” segments in 1 hour.
So 38/7.5= 5.06

t8: “Dig, Do you agree to the fact that the sun doesn’t travel faster in Australia than the USA? Yes / No“
Look at my answer and address that. Then if you have any comments make them then.

t8, are you seriously suggesting that a dive of 38 miles in one hour isn’t noticeable? Do the math.
60/38=1.57 That’s over a mile and a half drop every hour.If you want to keep this charade up at least do the math.
By the way, you never commented on my answer to your question about the sun. Wonder why?

Oh gosh! My math was way off! I’ll admit it. The plane wouldn’t drop 4.77 miles in one hour, sorry!
It would drop over 38 miles!!!Could you explain why this would NOT be an issue When piloting a plane?

Just so you know where we stand, I’m on the Bible side and you guys are on the scientism side.
Psalm 19:1-6 The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands. 2 Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge. 3 There is no speech, nor are there words; Their voice is not hea…[Read more]

Ed: They say Earth’s escape velocity is about 25,000 mph, that makes sense if the earth is 24,000 miles in circumference.
How does that make sense?
Ed: Picture spinning a yo-yo
Yeh, I’m getting that picture now. Thanks for joining the debate.
A plane that is traveling at 550 mph would necessarily drop 550×550=302,500 inches which equals 25,20…[Read more]Dig4truth replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 4 years, 7 months ago
The sad thing is you are just going to believe this could have happened because they told you so. Just because they said so.

How can a bag of air or a “space suit” withstand the vacuum of space?
We know that a vacuum chamber that doesn’t even get close to the vacuum of space needs an 8 to 10 feet thick barrier of concrete supported with some inches thick steel walls to withstand the vacuum, so how does the thin walled space suits withstand this vacuum? Much less the…[Read more]Dig4truth replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 4 years, 7 months ago

t8, your answer did not address the many other applications of using a flat non-rotating earth from these government agencies. All you did was repeat your answer and pretend that it did. It isn’t even an acceptable answer in the first place! Rocket scientists rounding off large numbers because it easier, now that’s a good laugh!

So t8, care to try your answer again since many of the papers are not about flight but about many topics which all assume a flat non-rotating earth? Why would NASA, the CIA, and the Army all use these assumptions?
