How can Christian denominations hold so many conflicting doctrines that all stem from the same Book…?

God created the heaven and earth by his Word but the first mention is when he spoke and said “Let there be Light” and there was light.

Jesus was not conceived nor were those by which he originated, except for God. God had not yet made Adam.
