Forgot to wrap up that last thought:So while all of the doctrines can be deduced from Scripture, they may not all be clearly taught in Scripture, since God never gave the church this criteria. That criteria came from Luther.

Q: Revelation 3:7 proves Christ is the one who holds the key of David, not Peter. Isaiah 22 prophesies Christ's coming and his authority rather than Peter's.
