heiscomingintheclouds,What is water baptism then? is it just an outward sign of inward grace? if it means nothing, then why would the Lord and his apostles command it?

Amen, Now I use the KJV because of its Strong's #'s feature, which give me the ability to look at the original words to gain insight on its meaning. I don't exclusively use a KJV. I toggle between the KJV, NKJV, and the NIV. None of the translations are 100% error free.

Quote (Nick Hassan @ June 07 2006,00:18)Hi,The unity that the body of Christ shares is the unity of the Spirit. It is the Spirit that gives life to the Body with the head already in heaven and the rest of the body doing his work on earth. The branches serve the vine.I discovered the bible when in the Catholic Church and my study of it led me to…[Read more]

Quote (Scripture Seeker @ June 06 2006,22:48)Hi Nick,You have a great love for Gods word and this is great. But sorry I have to disagree, we can all pick and choose scriptures that show Jesus the WORD of God becoming flesh and humbling himself to take every single sin away. These arguments are weak because they DON'T look at Jesus before he…[Read more]

Brothers,The bible makes it very clear that there is only ONE TRUTH. The sad fact is that in Christendom today there are hundreds of truths. let's look at some scriptures.1 Timothy 4:16, “watch your life and doctrine closely, persever in them, for if you do you will save yourself and your hearers.”Titus 2:1, says, that “we must teach what in…[Read more]

But not to worry Nicky the Protestants have the basics in order to be saved. so even if they convince you of their beliefs you will still enter the Kingdom (Mat. 5:19).Kenrch,I absolutely disagree here. Protestants lie and say that all you have to do is pray Jesus into your heart.Where in the bible does it warrant this? please tell me. I've been…[Read more]

Heiscomingintheclouds,I too rejoice in the fact that I have brothers and sisters in Christ who know the word and the truth. My friend you have bothers and sisters all over the world. It is my prayer that God will continue to raise up vessels of truth the world over.

Quote (heiscomingintheclouds @ June 03 2006,16:27)You do not know how refreshing it is to meet brothers and sisters in the Lord who know the word of God. So many are still held captive under the yoke of the trinity doctrine, which was created by the catholic church to justify their stand on the deity of Mary. Something else to think about is the…[Read more]

Hello guys,I long for physical fellowship, but cannot subject myself and my family to false teachings. The bible makes it very clear that there is One truth and we must hold on to that. Titus 2:1 tells us to teach what is in accord with sound doctrine. 1 Thessalonians 5:21 tells us to test all things and hold fast to that which is true. 1 Timothy…[Read more]

Most of the world frowns on anyone who considers the trinity doctrine unsound. Yet, why. If one looks to where this doctrine originated, isn't that enough arrouse suspicion?
