I really enjoyed the first part of this thread. It was very entertaining. It almost looks to me like stu and son of light are the same person arguing fromtwo different points of view for our amusement.

Nobody could convince me that nick is any more in the spirit than is worshippingJesus. And yet they both see a different truth.I on the other hand may be totally lacking the help of the spirit. Because I see thingsdifferently than either one of these gentlemen.Tim

Hi saywf,I think that you have missed not3in1's whole point. She has clearly stated that she understands all that you say, but many peopleon this forum, and throughout Christianity claim to have been born again and ledby the spirit, but still come up with completely different truths. Is your truth the right one? Why would the spirit lead some to the…[Read more]

Quote (Towshab @ Jan. 10 2008,14:32)I haven't really researched it that much to be honest Stu. Why? Cause it means nothing to my personal every day life. The difference between you and me? I believe in a G-d, you don't. Beyond that, you and I are fellow humans (though you are rather ugly according to your avatar).Aw come on tow.I think that he is…[Read more]

That is not truth, that's opinion.Hi Mandy,You are nearly correct. There may in fact be only one truth, but a persons perception of truth is definitely based on culture and a myriad of other things. Hi Praying-for-you,You will find that there is a place on this forum where only believers can post. The forum is also open in other places for non believers to have their say.Obviously stu is a non believer, so you must read his posts from that standpoint.stu seems to be a very intelligent person with the mind of a scientist. But do not look for…[Read more]

Hi WorshippingJesus,I am surprised that you can not see the difference between letting something happen and commanding it to happen.God let satan torture Job. He did not command it.But God was supposed to have commanded the Hebrews to slaughter every man woman and child in the cities that they conquered.I fail to see how that is a God of love.Tim
