I'm concerned that there is a “super administrator” named “Heaven” with a blazing gold Lion for an icon. Is this some sort of cult?

Nick,Romans 10:9. Adam,Your grammatical theories make sense only if God is one person. But that claim is never made in Scripture. It is precisely the claim of the Trinity that each of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the only true God. This makes sense because the only true God exists in three persons, which is what the Bible says (John…[Read more]

Hi Nick,Only those who confess that Jesus is YHWH are members of His body. You can be saved if you repent of your blasphemies and confess that Jesus is YHWH, the true God, and believe that for our salvation He became man and died for your sins. However, with regard to those who are in the body of Christ. Yes, they are His body. But they are…[Read more]

Nick,So you only listen to the red letters? You don't believe that all Scripture is the word of God? And Jesus was just so fed up with His disciples mistakes, that He didn't bother to rebuke them when they started worshipping Him? Quite an inference.Tim

Nick,I've been waiting a long time to say this: So now you think that you are Jesus? naaaaNot3in1,None of your verses say that only the Father is God. Rather, they affirm that the Father is God, which is the testimony of all Trinitarians. Saying that the Father is the only true God doesn't exclude the possibility of the Son and the Spirit…[Read more]

That's nice David, but if you'd read my post you would see that Luke distinguishes between showing respect by bowing down to the angels in 24:5 (klinouson) and the literal worship (proskunaenantes) they gave to Jesus AFTER he had ascended, so there was no one to bow down to. They could only have been worshipping Him in spirit, and guess who…[Read more]

t8,Scripture states that the Father is the only true God. It doesn't state that only the Father is the true God. Rather, it states that Jesus and the Spirit are also the same God. Nor does Scripture state that God is one person. What you need, t8 & co, is a verse that says only the Father is the true God, but there is no such verse.Tim

If by denomination you mean Christianity, as opposed to your anti-Christianity, then yes, Christianity is the only church of God.

With all due respect to my brother WJ, I must warn you 94 and everyone else on this website, that if you do not believe in the doctrine of the Trinity, you cannot be saved. This is the common confession of the worldwide church in the Athanasian Creed: “Whosoever will be saved, before all things it is necessary that he hold the catholic faith;…[Read more]

94,You think Jesus is just a man? Obviously I disagree. But I'll add that to the belief statements I've been working on. Feel free to edit. What do you think the Spirit is?Not3, I really don't see where you're getting this, “Jesus wasn't a person prior to his human birth. Hi Not3in1,I have taken an honest look at yours. I semi-believed it for ~2 years, meaning I rejected the “three in one,” thought that Jesus was less than the Father, and certainly didn't believe in a shared substance. But then the Spirit revealed the obviousness of the Scriptures to me. The Old Testament is completely focused on YHWH. There is…[Read more]

Nick,You seem to think that whenever anyone applies the meaning of a word, they're using some sort of forbidden logic. If you don't follow the meaning of a word, then you're just being stubborn and refuse to understand the Scriptures at all.By the way Nick, you seem to be some sort of hybrid modalist/gnostic.
