Yeah, I can agree with you to a point Nick. The difference is that in the beginning the Word was not the Son of God, but was God. Think of it this way. I am familiar with that verse Nick, but what does it have to do with who created everything?

Perhaps I should explain that this event actually happened about half an hour before I posted that poem. It's not made up, it's what actually happened with a JW that knocked on my door.

I have yet to meet a JW that has had a salvation experience. They can readily quote Scriptures that they are taught, but none that I have ever met have been born again, let alone baptised in the Holy Spirit.
